What to Expect
Sessions last about 90 minutes and are tailored to your individual structure and goals.
During a session:
Hands-on work is applied using fingers, palms, and sometimes forearms
You may be guided to breathe or make small movements
The process is collaborative—you are always in control of pace and intensity
Many people choose to complete a 10-session series, typically spaced 3 days to 2 weeks apart, to support deeper and longer-lasting change.
Please arrive with skin free of lotion or oils.
Clothing Guidelines:
Men: Wear briefs or boxer briefs. Avoid long compression shorts.
Women: Wear a soft, non‑underwire bra and full‑coverage underwear like briefs, bikini, or boy-shorts.
Is It Painful?
Some areas of the body may feel more sensitive than others, especially where there is long-held tension. However, this work is not meant to be overwhelming.
You set the pace. Sessions are adjusted to your comfort level, and your feedback is always part of the process.
How Long Do Results Last?
Structural Integration focuses on lasting change—not just temporary relief.
Clients often report improvements that continue well beyond the sessions themselves, including lasting changes in posture, movement, and overall well-being.
Starting point is from the ear down.
Before 1st session
Before the first session model’s legs were not positioned under his pelvis. He had an anterior pelvic tilt.
After 5th session
After the 5th session, he has better front-to-back balance, his abdomen is more filled out, his hips are becoming more horizontal, and his legs are positioned more under his pelvis.
After 10th session
After the 10th session, the ear is more aligned with the shoulder, the shoulder with the hip, the hip with the knee, and the knee with the ankle. The hips are now horizontal, and the legs are positioned underneath the pelvis.
