My journey into bodywork began through my own experience with chronic back pain after car accidents in 1998, 2001, and again in 2019. What started as a search for relief through chiropractic care and massage therapy gradually became something much deeper—I discovered not only healing, but a genuine calling to help others feel better in their bodies.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 and have since studied a wide range of modalities. Along the way, I explored many different approaches to my own pain, but it wasn’t until I experienced Structural Integration that things truly shifted. Completing the Foundational 10-Series with John Latz was transformative for me, both physically and personally, and it continues to shape the way I work today.

In 2014, after the passing of my father, I felt a deep shift in perspective that encouraged me to more fully pursue the work I felt called to do—even while raising my two young children. In 2017, I made the decision to deepen my training and traveled to Miami, Florida to study Structural Integration with John Latz at the Institute for Structural Integration. Since then, I’ve continued to study with John through advanced trainings and ongoing mentorship, and I remain committed to my own process by regularly receiving sessions. This work is something I continue to live and experience, not just practice.

I care deeply about creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease in their bodies. Inspired by the work of Ida Rolf, I see Structural Integration as a progressive process rather than a permanent fix—one that unfolds over time, supporting lasting change through improved movement, reduced pain, and a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
